Although not in fashion, we think big-flavoured wines deserve a comeback. This Super Duper Pinot Noir is a perfect example of what a wine drinker wants and not what the wine police tell us it should be. Everything we love about Pinot but dialled up to 11 on the flavour control button. Aged in small oak barrels, it’s generous and opulent with an unfashionable amount of flavour. Vibrant with dark cherry and hints of briar with a hint of spicy oak. The palate is poised, polished and precise with good complexity and concentration. Pair with crispy duck pancakes.
